Discover and Experience the Three Bodies

In Vedānta, our existence is understood through the concept of three bodies:

The Physical Body (Sthula Sharira): This is our tangible, physical form—the body we can see and touch.

The Subtle Body (Sukshma Sharira): Comprising the mind, intellect, and ego, this body is responsible for our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions.

The Causal Body (Karana Sharira): The most subtle of the three, it holds our karmic impressions and the seeds of our future experiences.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Explore the Five Koshas

The five koshas, or sheaths, are layers that cover our true self. Understanding and integrating these layers is essential for achieving holistic transformation:

Annamaya Kosha (Physical Sheath): The outermost layer, associated with the physical body and our basic needs.

Pranamaya Kosha (Vital Energy Sheath): Governs our breath and life force, energising the body and mind.

Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath): The layer of thoughts, emotions, and psychological processes.

Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Sheath): The intellect and higher knowledge, guiding us towards insight and discernment.

Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Sheath): The innermost layer, where we experience deep joy and a connection to our true self.

Chakras on the energy body

The Energy Body

Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra help you delve deeper into the subtle layers of the body, releasing deeply rooted tension. Beyond the physical, it accesses the energetic body, impacting the flow of Prana or vital energy through channels known as nadis or meridians. These channels, aligned with chakras, are the energetic power centres of the subtle body.

Clearing energy blockages enhances underactive chakras and balances overactive ones, restoring the flow of energy and promoting overall well-being.

Achieve Wholeness for Effortless Transformation

For genuine transformation, it is crucial to integrate all aspects of ourselves. When the three bodies and the five koshas are harmonised, improvements in our lives become effortless. This state of wholeness allows us to plant sankalpa (intention) effectively and nurture our aspirations with clarity and purpose.

Rest as the Source Beyond the Anandamaya Kosha

In this journey, we guide you to rest as the source beyond the Anandamaya Kosha, tapping into a wellspring of guidance, wisdom, and protection. This profound state of being offers a sanctuary where your true nature shines through, enabling you to navigate life with confidence and inner peace.
