Inner Alchemy Course

Over the course of 6 sessions I will share everything I have discovered in the accelerated advancement of my knowledge since awakening Kundalini two and a half years ago and the practices that got me there. The objective is to help you build a whole new relationship with the way you approach and communicate with yourself and how you connect with the world around you. You will learn a daily practice. Blend of theory, meditations, yoga nidra, mantra, pranayama, (breath work) & Qi Gong. Suitable for ages 18+

Yoga Nidra On Demand.

Enjoy the benefits of Yoga Nidra from the comfort of home. Find a quiet space and lie on your bed or your yoga mat. Make sure you are covered by a blanket as your body temperature will drop. All you need to do is lie back and listen to the sound of my voice.

I am Yoga Nidra from the Amrit School of Yoga. We all carry with us experiences from the past that haven’t completely cleared from our subtle bodies. When we try and release trauma from the past it can be difficult to do this just using the mind. When we practice Yoga Nidra we are able to communicate with the sub conscious mind and any blockages are cleared effortlessly.
