Sometimes you might not be able to make it to class or you find the idea of going to a class overwhelming, especially if you don’t know what to expect. Private sessions provide you with the space to go at your own pace.

I offer one-on-one sessions for both beginners and advanced students. This includes all types of yoga and meditation including ashtanga, yin and Yoga Nidra. Every session will be different and tailored to your needs.

£90 per 60 minute session - Home Visit/£40 - Online

Yoga Nidra helps you target specific issues in your life that you need help with. This could be health, stress, worry, chronic pain, trouble sleeping, any self-defeating habits you want to overcome or relationship issues. By creating a personalised intention around your issue we can integrate it into your Yoga Nidra session to help re-wire the subconscious mind while the body rests in a deep state of relaxation and healing.

Personalised Yin and Yang Yoga Sessions.

£125 per 90 minute session - Home Visit

Book a private yoga session tailored to your individual needs. This session can be held for up to three people at your home. Choose between yang ashtanga yoga to build muscle and yin style yoga to stimulate joints, gently stress the connective tissue and activate the meridian lines to help keep the body hydrated and supple. Learn breathing techniques and ancient practices to connect to your energy body and recirculate energy (prana) to balance your nervous system and calm your mind. Expect an extra long savasana at the end for a sublime journey into the super-conscious state where you can experience transcendent bliss and receive healing from the divine mother within you.
